My office hours are Monday - Friday only. I aim to respond to general enquiries within 24 - 48 hours business hours.
I aim to respond to Support Tickets and emails to [email protected] with URGENT in the subject line as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.
We aim to schedule tasks into the system within 24 hours, however, completion time will depend entirely on the nature of the task or project assigned. If you would like to know the lead time required to complete your task or project, please specify this in your request, and we shall respond as soon as possible.
If you have a large number of questions, you would like to ask an opinion in general or your request is of a complicated nature, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
